Still got questions?

Keep reading for answers to the most common questions about this program.

Will I receive approved weight loss medication?

Yes. Only approved weight loss medication is used for this program.

Why do I need a Medicare card for this program?

A Medicare card is required as consultation costs are bulk billed via Medicare. This is one of the ways this program is so price competitive.

What is included in the program fee?

The 4-weekly program fee covers the cost of medication, delivery, dispensing, nurse check-ins, platform and administration.

Consultations are bulk billed via Medicare.

What can I expect at my first consultation?

Consultations are with our telehealth partner CU Health. During your first consultation, your practitioner will introduce you to the program and discuss your treatment goals.

It is an opportunity for you to have all your questions answered and for your practitioner to learn more about you.

We will send your 'quiz' results to your practitioner so they are prepared for your consultation. So, if you haven't already, why not take the quiz now?

What if the practitioner does not issue me with a script?

The majority of customers with an 'eligible' quiz result are issued with a script after consulting with a practitioner.  But if the practitioner decides you are not eligible, you pay a platform and administration fee of only $40, and the balance  ($305) will be refunded.

Note that the consultation itself is bulk billed via Medicare.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to reach your account.

What happens after I sign up and make my first payment?

Your consultations are with our telehealth partner CU Health. So, once your first payment is received, you will be provided with a link to register and book your first consultation with one of their practitioners.

Can I stop when I want?

You can cancel your program at any time with 30 days notice.

If I am not issued with a script, how long will it take for me to get my refund?

Please allow upto 5 business days for your refund to reach your account.

How is my medication shipped?

Your order will be shipped following the manufacturer's guidelines which allow it to be stored between 8°C and 30°C for up to 28 days.

To ensure this temperature range is maintained, your order will be shipped in an insulated box, with a cold pack inside (subject to ambient temperatures), ensuring your medication arrives in perfect condition.

What happens after month 1?

Your second consultation with your practitioner occurs in weeks 2 to 6. So, if you did not have it in Month 1, you will have your second consultation in Month 2.

In your second consultation, your progress will be discussed, treatment plan reviewed and goals set for the next phase of your program.
