$0 initial appointment with an independent practitioner

The practitioner will confirm your suitability after further reviewing your medical history and lifestyle. There is no charge if you choose not to proceed with treatment.

Script issued and payment taken

If you wish to proceed, your script will be issued to Chemist2U and payment taken.

Delivery

Your medication will be delivered by StarTrack or Australia Post in temperature‑controlled packaging.

Allow 1-3 business days, subject to your location.

What will I pay?

Assuming it remains clinically appropriate and you choose to stay on the program, you will be charged every 4 weeks, and the cost will increase over time as your dosage increases.

Cost includes consultations, medication, dispensing, customer support, program fee and delivery.

Follow-up consultations

You’ll have follow-up consultations at 4-6 weeks, 4-5 months, 7-8 months and every 6 months thereafter.

It’s important that these are attended as, if clinically appropriate, new scripts will be issued. But don’t worry, we’ll remind you when consultations are due.

Payments and deliveries

Assuming it continues to be clinically appropriate, your payment card will be charged and medication delivered every 4 weeks.
